Mr. Parimal Modi is the Founder of the Yashasvi Groups. He bootsrapped and founded Yashasvi groups in 2007. He has more than 25 years of experience in the HNI,Unlisted shares,mutual funds and other financial services segment. He steers and directs Yashasvi groups towards success.
Kalpesh Modi
Co-Founder, CEO
Mr. Kalpesh Modi is the Co-Founder of the Yashasvi Groups. He associated with this group since the beginning. He also having the experience of more than 15 years in the IPO, Equity-Brokering segment. He is extremely passionate about customer relationship management. His wide pool of network in this field helps the company prosper. He is responsible for stringent quality checks at every segment of the organization.
Jigar Modi
Technical Analyst , Terminal Operator
Mr. Jigar Modi brings with him over more than 20 years of experience in the F&O and Arbitrage segment. He joined as a Terminal operator with Yashasvi groups in 2008. He is responsible for Compliance & Admin functions in the group.

Mr. Krupal Shah is also associated with this group since beginning. He has spent over 15 years in the IPO segment. He has expertise in the IPO-HNI Bidding and Mutual Fund business. He is responsible for the software and technology segment in the particular IPO department which has been critical for the swift growth of the Yashasvi Groups.
Sunit Rathod
Account Executive
Mr. Sunit Rathod joined as a account manager with Yashasvi groups since 2011. He has more than 15 years of experience in account department. He also served in accounting roles at Reliance chain. He is responsible for the all accounting functions of the entire groups.
Milan Desai
Customer Relationship Manager
We take pride in the way we support our clients and Mr. Milan Desai is the man who is responsible for this with his never ending flow of energy. He is the man behind many of our support initiatives that have helped us stay ahead of the game. He also having experience of more than 15 years in the direct customer relationship segment. He joined Yashasvi Groups in 2009.

Customer Relationship Manager
Mr.Hemal Chaudhari is also associated as a Customer Relationship Segment. If our sub-brokers and customers facing any problems regarding IPO segment then he is the man who is the support system. He joined Yashasvi Groups in 2015.
Yatna Acharya
Mutual Fund Department (MBA Finance)
Mr. Yatna Acharya has pursued his MBA in Finance from IBS-Hyderabad and has been working in the field of finance since 2019. His expertise in the field of Mutual Funds including in-depth research and selection of funds. His previous experiences include working as a Research Analyst, Investment Advisor and an Assistant Manager at reputed organization.
Nikunj Prajapati
Demat Account Manager & Mutual Funds Operations
Mr. Nikunj Prajapati has been associated with the group since 2019. He is solely responsible for managing the entire demat account openings and mutual funds SIP’s for the clients. He has complete know-how and is an expert in the NSDL/CDSL front & other all paperwork related to SIP’s.
